CMT Walk and Watch
Covid-19 has disrupted our summer and weekend activities and everyone feels a seven day week. Fresh air brings happiness and a positive mindset, and it helps reduce stress, anxiety, or other mental health conditions. To keep a healthy lifestyle, we need to continue our local walks with family and friends.
CMT has created a unique six-week program to break this monotonous lifestyle and bring back physical and mental wellbeing.

Week 1 | Walk: 30 Mts, Watch: 10 Mts, Identify 3 sounds of nature (birds, animals, other sounds) , Share the details in CMT Facebook. |
Week 2 | Walk: 30 Mts, Watch: 10 Mts, See the beautiful nature, Take pictures and share in CMT Facebook. |
Week 3 | Walk: 30 Mts, Watch: 10 Mts, Identify 3 trees, name the species, Take pictures and share in CMT Facebook. |
Week 4 | Walk: 30 Mts, Watch: 10 Mts, Identify 3 flowers, Take pictures and share in CMT Facebook. |
Week 5 | Walk: 30 Mts, Watch: 10 Mts, Watch the Sky and identify any shapes, birds flying, etc., Take pictures and share in CMT Facebook. |
Week 6 | Walk: 30 Mts and Celebrate, Share what you learned in the last 5 weeks with your walking group, Prizes, and Healthy brunch. |
